As a dyslexic person, I appreciated the audio on each page to talk through the content. The audio, was again, clear and concise, which made the course inclusive and accessible for myself. I didn't want anything too heavy but after speaking with Donna who was reassuring and offered after support I thought I'd give it a go! I was delighted at the content which was informative, not too heavy but to the point. And now I'm excited to have learnt a new skill set for my practice and which I will also be encouraging my staff members to undertake this training.
